Config Flash as an ACD

I have 3 options on my AA on the Norstar Flash, and only one will have 5 people to answer it, how do I configure it as an ACD on my MICS?

Unless it has ACD/Flash on it you can't.

It has the card, but dont know the basic for ACD on this equipment.

Only way is to locate a Flash ACD software card. Otherwise you'll need to upgrade to a CallPilot with a Call Center keycode. Your MICS must be at least R4.1 to be compatible with the CallPilot.
