Please can anyone help.

We have recently upgraded our IP Office to V2 Build 18 and have tried to use the inbound conferencing feature. Admittedly we had not tested this on previous 1.4 s/w but it does not appear to work. Basically our fault is that the first call occasionally connects, if the first call connects the second and third occasionally connect but after x seconds (usually between 5 & 20 seconds) the call drops and typically ALL parties are dropped, however sometimes the first connected party remains on the line on their own.

Any ideas whether this is a known problem ???

Are you coming in from Voice mail or directly from short codes?

Try just dialing the conference feature from a short code without using the Auto Attendant.

This will prove if its a problem with the switch or VM pro.

You may need to upgrade to version 2 VM Pro.

[cheers]

Are you coming on in inbound analog lines or T1?

Thanks for your initial request for more information.

Fortunately there were other problems which were not originally detected which caused this ie the deletion of recordings
