There is an audio conferencing phone that is made by Nortel. It works perfectly fine. All depends on the room and size.
There are other analog conferencing phones with extended mics you can use, but those are usually used for customers who have like a huge or long rectangular conference rooms.

Hi GiGiBgd,
I've dealt with a Clearone conference phone before. It worked great but you lose feature functionality whereas the Nortel conference may keep certain feature functionality.
