Conference invite button

I'm trying to set up a crash line. Which would allow me to go off hook or select a feature button short code then call or invite multiple users for a conference call through there phone. Anyone set something like this up?

Only with DS system phones possible I think:
Create a collective group with all needed users in it, give it a number like 2000 and create a shortcode like SC=2222/TN=2000/Action=Priority Call/Linegroup ID =0
When you dial 2222 all members will be rang and anyone answering the call will be forced into a conference.
Any user on a call wll be disconnected and added to the conference. It overrules any phonesetting like DND or divert.
In the past the system would reboot if there were IP Phones involved but I last tested it on R7.0 so maybe there is some improvement made.

Ok figured it out. Set up a short code for Priority Call going to a hunt group.
