Conference CS1000E Rls 5.5 3

hello everyone !

I have a problem with the conference..

When I try to do a conference with a 3rd guy, I push the conf button, enter the other number phone.
The new phone answer, i can speak with him but the 1st One stay in waiting ( on hold).
I can push again the Conf button for let him come in the conf...

I use 2004P2 phones, there is a conference touch already configured (AO6).

Loop conf and TDS:
LD 17 => CEQU => MGTDS 126 and 127
MGCONF 128

Do you know this problem ?

It doesn't read like a problem 1 on - hit Conference - get the new caller - other is on hold until you hit conference the Second time.

Does the phone have CLS FTTR ?

You need CLS FTTC or FTTU

This assumed FTOP is set to restrict

It is working correctly unless they want "No-hold Conference"

I check the CLS but still not working..
maybe there are others CLS to use ?

I would check the Route Data Block NEDC and FEDC

This is what I'd do to the trunk route:

Reduce the EOD and ODT timers to 1024
Set the NEDC and FEDC to ETH

This also looks like a Tie to another CS1000. What kind of trunks are you using to get to the outside world? How is the d-channel programmed for this tie route?

The conference don't work in first time between the internal phone on the same CS1000E..

What makes you think is wasn't activated? If it wasn't activated, no phones would be able to transfer.
