Conference CS1000E Rls 5.5 3

hello everyone !

I have a problem with the conference..

When I try to do a conference with a 3rd guy, I push the conf button, enter the other number phone.
The new phone answer, i can speak with him but the 1st One stay in waiting ( on hold).
I can push again the Conf button for let him come in the conf...

I use 2004P2 phones, there is a conference touch already configured (AO6).

Loop conf and TDS:
LD 17 => CEQU => MGTDS 126 and 127
MGCONF 128

Do you know this problem ?

No no, the transfert is working. just the conference doesn't...

Transfer uses Conference Loop to process, so the conference loop was never down. It looks like you never STAT'ed it, you just sent an ENLL command to an already enabled loop.

This is what I'd do to the trunk route:

Reduce the EOD and ODT timers to 1024
Set the NEDC and FEDC to ETH

Before ENLL command, I checked with

.STAT 128
DSBL

the Transfer worked before activation.

where can i found EOD and ODT ?

Just read your own post timestamped at [26 Mar 09 9:18] and you'll see them.

The EOD, ODT and NEDC and FEDC are in the Trunk Route you already printed for us.

The only time I have seen this symptom was 1 of 2 instances user error or lack of supervision.

1. First caller on the line.
2. Press conference.
3. Dial the 3rd party.
4. Wait for 3rd to answer
5. Press conference.
All are now connected.

Here is another test.

1. place call to first person and place on hold
2. get another line and place call to 2nd person.
3. after you have the 2nd person on line press conference.
4. press the line on hold of the 1st person you called
5. Press conference.

Also can you post the CEQU from ld 22?

I don't think it's come from the route because the call stay in internal.
I try with "No-hold Conference" The 3rd personne ring, answer but no sound, the 3 phones stay connected but just the 1 and 2 are ok.

Is it possible, a problem of bandwidth ?
But I don't have error about that..

Why it still not working ? Some one have a idea ?

when i test :

1. First caller on the line.

(First caller on hold)
3. Dial the 3rd party.
4. Wait for 3rd to answer
5. Press conference.

Just the 2de and 3rd are connected.
First stay on hold.

When I Press Conference again, we can hear around 0,5s of silence. but Just the 2de and 3rd are connected and First caller stay on hold.
