Hello guys,
I searched and found several hits about this. However, when I tried, none of them work. That's why I have to open a new one. My question is that if IPO 4.2.11 still support this?
Next, what type of indication the IPO supposes to tell instead of Analogue Extension Phone?

Here is situation I had tried: Place the 1st call, once got connect, I hit flash, heard no dial tone at all, but dial the second one anyway, wait for a while, hit flash then dial *47. Nothing happens to the second number.

Did i do something wrong? Please come in and help.

1 are you saying that the 1st call remains on the phone and you don't initiate the 2nd call?

2 Or you place the first call on hold by pressing flash, make a new call, then flash again followed by *47 but they don't join?

If 1 above, change the flash timer in the phone - you could test with a basic analogue phone first.

If 2 then check your short codes that *47 is set up as Conference Add and nothing else conflicts

In both cases use SSA to monitor what is happening on the extension but going to Extension and clicking Trace All

It is case 2. I did check on the Call Manager, and there is no conflict, it is Conderence Add.
Can you give a little guide how to use the SSA feature?
Thanks

Yes I did. Then it show "FLASH" on screen.
Could somebody tell me after hitting "Conference" or "Flash", what should be expected beside the word flash, such as dial tone, etc.?

Thanks to you guys. I made the Flash Time on the SoundStaion2 to 600ms and it work.
