Conference Call Issues. IP office 8

My users cannot seem to join an external conference call, they can call and get connected to the access number but once they are asked to enter the conference ID, the system doesn’t recognize the number e.g they are trying to enter 12345 but the system understands it as 111222233334455555. I am not sure what is wrong with this system but it seems like it’s a configuration problem or would it be considered as a limitation of the system?
 
Yes my issue has been resolved. The problem was my provider, there was an update for the cisco iad devices that was supposed to fix the Avaya and Toshiba phone systems. Once they did the update the problem went away. My provider(TDS) SAID they only provided the update to customers that complained, I thought that was weird but I was happy to have my issue resolved.
