We needed to relocate 2 staff, so based on a prior post I used Set Relocation and all seemed fine. I admit that prior to that I messed around with the DNs and got into some trouble, but first got those back to where they were, THEN did set relocation, waited 3 minutes, unplugged phones, moved them and voila, success. HOWEVER, when calling in and utilizing the company directory, when spelling the name of one of the staff who moved, you get the voicemail of the OTHER staff member! So I deleted their voicemail, then set it up again hoping that would work. It didn't. Is there some way to get into the directory and fix this? HELP.
