my win2k pro comp reboots about 2 times during initial power up and sometimes randomly as i open a program or start to install something. at first i suspected a faulty power supply because it in fact was being much worse than this. i changed the power supply, and the above listed symptoms still occur.

i've checked the event log and upon reboot it writes this to the log:
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000024 (0x00190256, 0xeb5ef1d8, 0xeb5eee30, 0xbff16937). Microsoft Windows 2000 [v15.2195]. A dump was saved in: C:\WINNT\Minidump\Mini031203-08.dmp.

this is the 8th dump written since the reinstall i performed yesterday or the day before.

my configuration is as follows:

1.4 GHz AMD Athlon
768 MB PC 133 SDRAM (3 x 256mb chips)
GeForce 2 mx 200
Sound Blaster PCI 512 audio
3com NIC
also have a cd-rw drive and 2 hard drives installed
the power supply is a 400w ps and is brand new as stated above.

i've heard anything from graphics card going bad, to bad RAM, and also overheating issues.
any help would be greatly appreciated! Dave Williams
