combo box relationships

Hi

Could anyone advise or point me in a direction of some good examples regarding combo box....

If I have 2 combo boxes

1. Customer
2. Delivery adddresses

If from the combo box (which shows all customers) I select one specific customer, I then want only to see delivery addreses relating to that customer choice (not all delivery addresses for all customers).

Hope that makes sense, anny links or suggestions would be very welcome
