when i want to remove a second ACD , the CMSadm tell me that ther's only 1 acd

but in the cmssvc switchinfo or setup ther's 2 acd created

is a cms bug what i can do to recreat an ather acdi have 2 license for MAX acd , HEL

We've got the same issue - our BP tells us Avaya say once an acd is added, it cannot be completely removed.

It's not a selectable option, but it stays administered.

If you look in Free Space Allocation you'll see it has some space allocated I expect, thats what's getting me as I can't recover the space!

when i want to active the collect in this acd
is telle me that CMS is busied out , what that meaning

all of configuration is ok
that's why iwant to receat this acd

Is that when you do acd create? Unsure on that as wouldn't have thought you would have to set up the link first to the ACD..

Do you need to be in Single User mode though?

I have 2 ACDS creates on the CMS ,i want to delete the Second by what the connexion doesn't go up anymore between the swith and the acd2 and i'd to redo the configuration all over again
, after me turn off CMS

it displays that one alone on the cmsadm (2) menu, I can creates or delete nor nor by what I have that 2 ACDS max in authorisation set
