B0 = busy tone off
B1 = busy tone on
a= & b= hardware address depending on the system
for a ip406v2 12 = exp.mod 3

It's a 406v2 indeed, software 4.2.20.
Epx 3 is Phone 30.

Is this a problem?

Could be a cabling problem or the PSU is rubbish.
Start with swapping the blue cable and the PSU if it does not help then swap the unit.
If it still does not help then the cabling to the extensions give problems ( earth wire? )

Would like to rehash the issue
IP500 4.2 showing continous
CMMap: a=4.24 b=0.0 B0
Power cycling doesn't do anything, calling in/out is broken.
Can anybody point me to a legend/pinpoint the problem component?
Thanks,
Florian

Did you do any of intigrants suggestions? Are you using the correct cable for the expansion module?

ACS - IP Office Implement

"What the Crocodile Hat....was that?

Sorry, should have added that - there is no expansion module on this box:

Must be one of the internal cards - suspect the ATM, as outside world is gone.

And to make me look really bad: This is 5.0(8). And no, I did not upgrade, was delivered like this into my 4.2 environment.
