How can i check or view list of ASA login Users and their assigned privilege's? We have multiple shift technicians and they manage the Avaya system CM release 8.1. I wanted to check the complete list of user and their rights.

Regards

Look in the SMI (the web GUI) under Administration --> Server --> Security --> Login Reports. Leave the buttons at default (only the radio button by List Local Host Logins should be checked) and click Continue.

Command: export user-profiles
This will build a file on your server "/var/home/ftp/pub/cmprofiles.txt"
Use scp or ftp to get this file on your PC. Change the name from cmprofiles.txt to cmprofiles.xls
You can use excel on this file and line up user-profiles that compare complete list and rights for each user-profile
side by side.
cmprofiles.xls

Hi AvayaTier3, where this file will be run?? i mean after CLI access of CM?? or on ASA command line?

Server ip address port 5022 or 5023
CM SAT
Command: prompt

Then use ASA or PuTTY to login to server linux bash shell.
Server ip address port 22 or port 23

server1> cd /var/home/ftp/pub
server1> ls -l /var/home/ftp/pub/cmprofiles.txt

Use ftp, scp, winscp to copy file to your PC and change the filename to cmprofiles.xls so your PC will use
Microsoft Excel to auto open the file.
