Hi All,
I have plenty of experience with IP Office and CS1000 system but CM. Now we are in the state of migration to CM 7.
I have no idea how the infrastructure topology, etc.
Can anyone guide me to get steps into CM 7 for installation and configuration from the beginning?

Thanks

There are installation and admin manuals on the Avaya Support site but it requires you to at least have some basic knowledge of the system
Asking for basic installation and configuration steps is kinda pushing the limits of what this forum is intended for.

If you never dealt with this before you should get someone on the project that has experience in these setups to get it done right.
Otherwise I would at least expect you to have gone through the proper training on the products that are going to be implemented.

Like Janni78 said, if you have no experience with CM you can do more harm then good. IPO and CS1000 knowledge will not help you with
migrating to CM7. Getting a trained tech on-site to assist with the install would be money well spent.

Don't worry, be happy

Like the other guys said get a guy in and make sure they are have CM 7 install experience. Even experienced CM engineers can struggle with CM7 if they haven't been trained trust me i know.
