I have a polycom conference phone connected to a 500 port. The users placed one call then asked another party to place a call to them when ready rather than flashing over to conference this additional party in.
When this additional party called in they rec'd a busy signal. I've tested using the above scenario and get the same result.
Checking CLS for the 500 port, most of the CLS codes are denied. My problem is we do not have a set of manuals on site with all of the CLS code info to know which CLS code may allow a 2nd caller to call in to a 500 port.
Does anyone know what to add or change off the top of their head? Or where to find a comprehensive list of CLS code descriptions?
Thanks.
