Hey all,

I have an outbound caller ID question.

We have a CS1K 7.5 and are currently using SIP trunking for outbound calls. The issue is our main number is being outpusled correctly but the individual name on the DN is being sent with it. We would like our company name sent instead of individual names.

Current caller ID shows:
Joe Blow
914-835-7000

We would like:
ABC Company
914-835-7000

Any ideas:

Easiest thing to due in that case is to have the carrier do it all

OLD ROLMEN WORKING ON NORTELS AND AVAYA

Agreed!!!

But having an issue with our carrier and would like to take them out of the mix.

How complicated is it to complete?

I thought DIDN set to no should do the trick
