Hello,

I have created a new entry and tried testing with both settings for entry 2 but no avail. Still shows as unavailable.
Per documents and this site I did not see anything that would guide me differently or where to look to see why it is not working.

ENTRY 2
HNTN 703
ESA_HLCL
ESA_INHN NO
ESA_APDN NO>>>>>>>>>Prior to this setting I had this set to yes. _ When I have the users test it still shows as unavailable.
HLCL 336
DIDN YES
DIDN_LEN 0
HLOC
LSC
CLASS_FMT DN

Here is one of the 6 phones it is on.

KEY 00 SCR 8024 2 MARP
CPND
NAME ]
XPLN 27
DISPLAY_FMT FIRST,LAST
01 SCR 7024 D MARP >>>>>> someone said to use 2 instead of D for the entry here as well.

I am hoping I do not need to create a entry for each phone. Any ideas?

Thanks

In the UK, we tend to use it only with PRI circuits

The HNTN is the area code and the HLCL is part of the local DID number. The setup might well be different in your country. We also sometimes have to delete the initial "0" in the HNTN number.

One thing you need to keep in mind, your carrier has to allow you to send the DID # out also.

we have it going out the local so the caller id now shows but no we are unable to get them to use the long distance code to place ld calls.
