We are attempting to set up a DN that forwards to a vendor's number and passes a single CLID. The vendor is providing an offsite hospitality program that the cleaning crew can use to indicate the status of a room (Clean, Needs Cleaning, etc). This system is dialable from the hospital. The vendor needs one CLID that they can program into their system that will identify calls from our hospital. We have attempted to use Phantoms and ACD NCFW, however, the PBX keeps passing the originating caller DN.
Here is the setup:
User calls 2999 from extension 4018. 2999 is either (1) a Phantom Forward with DCFW through BARS (9XXXYYYY) or ACOD (ACODXXXYYYY) or (2) a ACD Queue with NCFW to either BARS or ACOD. In all cases, the originating 4018 DN is passed NOT the CLID programmed to the Phantom.
How can we pass a specific CLID for all calls forwarded through the Phantom?
