Hey CoilCord, did you ever solve that problem with the clicking sound? I'm having the same problem. It sounds like you described it to a T. My tech is currently on site working with the carrier. They are exchanging ideas and carrier replacing the channel bank.

This clicking is very annoying to the call center.
I am somewhat relieved that you said there was a Call Pilot attached. I'm using a NAM 4.1 s/w and want to eliminate that as a problem early on. My logic is that if clicking occurs, it is not being processed through the Call Center equipment.

Equipment: MICS with 6.1 software, No T1 cards, just two NT7B75's. Also a 12x0 with two more cards in it, and one 0x16. And one big NAM with 4.1 s/w with ACD.

Appreciate any help or suggestions. Even though my handle is classified as Technical user, I am now working as Ops Mgr. assisting techs in the field. This one is a tough one.
Thanks

Thanks for the response. Removed the bridge clips and no clicking. Next thing to do is to put in a new power supply.
Does this thing happen often. A bad power supply?
