what do i need for click to dial.

i want phone numbers on my pc to pop up as hyperlinks that autodial from my DIGITAL set on my desk.

do i HAVE to have one x portal?

or licenses?

i have CTI link, does this do the job?

i have ipoffice 7.0

Does not work like that, unless you use a third party piece of software, One-x can do it but you Highlight the number then press a shortcut key it does not form hyperlinks. Office worker licence gives you One x portal

How is it done with short cut keys?

do i make translations in phone manager? manager? or on my pc?

If you use Outlook contacts you can connect that to the ip office with TAPI. If you are looking to dial from a browser, or a spreadsheet or some other file then you will need to use one-x for now. I wouldn't be surprised if one day someone integrates a browser to TAPI, but I don't know of one that does that yet. Most CMS software will also allow dialing through TAPI same as Outlook.

If you want your computer to automatically recognize any phone number in any window and present that as a link you will have to find 3rd party software or most likely write your own.
