Hello,
Can I ask if anyone knows how to enable CLIP on analogue lines, please?
TBH, I'm pretty sure I've got the right COS settings for both the trunk and handsets but still not working.
I've got the feeling is not even activated on the line but how can I prove that to the provider?
If I read the SMDR logs, the CLI isn't shown. I presume this should come up in there regardless if the COS has been configured corectly or not...
Many thanks

System Type?
Software Version?
Hardware type running analog phones?

3300 CXi II on 5.0 SP2
The lines are configured to ring on IP handsets, not on analog phones. Just checked the line with a phone connected straight on it and the service is activated, I can see the CLI.
Still no luck on the controller though ?!

Is the CLASS option enabled in the Trunk Cct Descriptor

If not, I've found it takes a couple of calls for the system to learn once it's turned on.

If it is enabled then no idea.

I'd guess I have to log it with Mitel, see what they say
