Is the only way to clear the previously used call forward numbers from a user to delete/recreate the user? I have a client that has multiple users that had originally attempted to forward without the dial out code. Now, when you go into Manager to choose the number both appear as options in the forward number drop down menu and sometimes they choose the wrong one by accident. It doesn't appear to allow deleting the any old entries. Am I missing something simple or do you just have to delete/recreate the user to blank that field out again?

They get stored in the users "source numbers", you'll spot them with a funny prefix, delete them :)

But manager should not be the place to configure a call forwarding destination.

I figured that you meant source numbers.

They don't use Manager typically, but their IT dept was curious on how to remove bad numbers. I had never run across that.
