We have many connections with ASA connected to the switch. One is constantly staying connected to run reports. Over the last couple of weeks our CLAN card has locked up twice. I can't connect to it or even ping it. The only way we are resetting it is to call Avaya and they reset the card. Any ideas on why this is happening.
