I have been running CoscoWorks 2000 ok for the past 6 months and now Cisco View will not launch. All I get is the fillowing error message window.

Please grant permission to launch Cisco View. Quit the browser and try again

Any ideas what the probable cause of this is?

my dear i tried there thru cco login but its not allowing to download.
please give tell me from where i get the solution for this.

1 - In Control Panel remove all Java versions installeds..
2 - Install JAVA 1_3_3
3 - Remove the folder Java_Plug* from Documents and Settings (W2000).
4 - Run CiscoWorks2000

We have multiple versions of Java. We removed one version, however, we still have the Java 2 Runtime Environment Standard Edition v1.3.1_01 in our system. When we try to remove, we get an error message that says "unable to uninstall" due to missing log files. How can we get rid of it and start over???

i used to have the same problem, after doing follow, it's OK,
1.remove JRE 1.3
2.install JRE1.3.1
3.modify default jre to be jre1.3.1 in Java plug in in contral panel
4.CLEAR internal proxy setting.

Thanks
