I have downloaded updated support for a CAT6000IOS (CAOIT09X.zip) to the CiscoView server (Solaris)and unzipped it. I then tried to run opt/CSCOpx/bin/xpdu and the PSU window opened but then remained blank. I then tried to use the Package Support Updater option from a browser but I need to know where the downloaded file(s) should be located. i.e. Where is the Staging Area? Unfortunatley the server is prevented from connecting directly to CCO.
