Hey, fellas (ladies?)!
I've got an IP500v2 on 8.1.69, programmed in Basic Mode with Embedded Voicemail. Standard mode simply isn't an option for this customer - it was a bad sell in the first place, and a high-profile client. Apparently sales reps don't like consulting with their techs first..
Anyway, the customer wants to check their VM remotely, but only have a basic setup. Call rings in via Line Appearance, and drops into extension 16's voicemail. Maybe it's something simple - is there a code to enter while listening to an extension's greeting to check voicemail? Been looking through documentation, finding nothing. Doing it via AutoAttendant the only option here?
Thanks in advance.
