Cheap host with php facilities UK based

I am looking for a cheap host with php facilties that has a contact phone number. No just an email address.
Prefer it to be UK based.

Any help would be appreciated.

After much digging around l decided to go with the host:

Reason being they were:

1. cheap (£25) and offered php hosting.

2. There support is very good , telephone and email.

If anyone is looking for a good cheap host l recommend them.

You've been with them for no more than 1 week, so you can hardly say this based upon any shred of experience.

Wait until you've been with them a year or two, and then come back and tell us you still recommend them.
