Cheap host with php facilities UK based

I am looking for a cheap host with php facilties that has a contact phone number. No just an email address.
Prefer it to be UK based.

Any help would be appreciated.

I use Freshlook Hosting:

- they are UK based (and have a presence in Canada). Whilst there is no phone number given - they have full postal details. I've used them for several years now.

Fresh Look do have a phone number, which can be found in about 10 seconds with a quick Google search: 01506 203825

Although they do also seem to have another number, as well: 01506 202110 - also found on Google.

I guess they've just removed them from their contact pages because they prefer doing business via the web / email to keep their costs down.

What address are you emailing? Are you sure it's not your ISP who is having problems?

Thanks for the recommendations guys.

I would like to clarify that neither of the above phone numbers are occupied by us any more.

The reason we removed the numbers from the site was due to us not offering phone support at all after we stopped the design side of the business.

Phone support is a great feature if it is used, however as we very rarely ever got any calls as most of our customers seem to prefer web based support, it's hard to justify the extra cost on top of everyone's hosting plans for a service that isn't being used.

The only reason you would get a response saying that is if you e-mailed the support address. The response is not an error message, it is an autoresponse and if you read past the line you posted above, it gives details of how to request support.

Our support is all ticket based and if you are not a current customer of ours yet, then your questions would be sales related.
