Hello everyone, is there a way to change a user greeting just by pressing a button? Like swapping from greeting 1 and 2 with a single button?
Thanks

Use a virtual group.
Make an action called "Generic" and set if for change user or group configuration.
Select the virtual group and set the parameter to service mode.
Make a action called "variable routing" and go to properties.
Set it to $SAV and the values of 1 and 0
Set the normal greeting to 1 and the second greeting to 0
Add the action in the callflow.
Configure an out of service button for the virtual group and there you go.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

Do i have to create a virtual groupe for each user??

Yes you should if all need it.
But you can use a users configuration too for example voicemail on or off if they don't use it :)

Use the extension's voicemail for main greeting, forward to a sequential hunt group with a virtual extension for second greeting.
Give the user a source number of the virtual.

ok, because they all need to do this and there is almost 80 users... Any way to do it with out virtual group?? :)

Build one flow and copy it in to the users callflow.

"Virtual group" as in a hunt group or are you referring to something else? If not could you explain creating a virtual group

SET the normal greeting to 1 and the second greeting to 0 - Does that mean I point 1 from Variable routing to a menu with the recording and 0 to another menu with the recording? Or is there a particular icon used for this?

Configure an out of service button for the virtual group
-- are you referring to "Set Out of Service Group" action and picking the virtual group?

Sorry for the questions, just looking for clarification.

Thank you!!
