Changing names user device ( Mxe standalone)

Hi to All,

I have a client with a 3300 MXE controller. When I try to change a name from the "user and device configuration" form I receive this message: "No matching record was found".
But the user is created and h works perfectly. The only way that i found to change the name is changing the number extension make a save and change again for the correct name and number extension.
And that works.

In the logs I receive this:

This is probably a teldir user/config mismatch
Have you tried to delete the user and then recreate it?
Check the Teldir and make sure it is also deleted.
Copy the MAC address first and take note of the other settings
Also are you trying to give the user desktop access?

I see this message with the embedded VM.
If you're using the embedded vm, edit the mailbox name to see if you get that message.

Deleting the the user and recreate work i think that is the only way to resolve this issue.
