I'm not sure if I am experiencing 2 separate issues or not now.
1) When the receptionist puts the phones in night mode I am only able to have the extensions that I program in ring 3 times, we need at least 5 rings on those extensions.
2) When we are in normal mode the lines ring 3 times then go to our prerecorded message and prompts, when I change it to 5 rings we still get 3 audible rings but the calls go to the general mailbox with no prompts.
I went thru the ringing groups and it appears we are only using ringing group 001.
I checked and 251 is not in the ringing group and I even took out the reception 221 out of the service ringing group, no change.
I am able to without problem add and delete extensions from the group that night service rings to, maybe if I just start with one and eliminate all the others to make it easier?
I really appreciate all your help on this.
