Change incoming number display

Hey guys,
When out IP Office 500 system was set up, it was set up adding the 9 in front of the that was calling, so when people were using the phone manager and called the number back from using the call manager it would include the 9 to dial out.
We are going to try to get rid of the dialing 9 option to dial out, and was trying to find this setting.

I had no luck locating the setting. Does anyone know where in the system it is so I can remove this?

It is in the line settings called a prefix, for ISDN there are three prefix fields.
