Some years ago I remember changing something in the Nortel system to get a different ID to show up on a phone display when the boss would call in. I can't find my notes on what I changed. In the system Speed dial I can what is displayed when I select a speed dial, but I want to change what I see when the boss calls in from his cell phone.

When programming Speed Dial select "Display Digits" as NO
This way you will see the name "Cheap Bastard" instead of "555-5555"

Ok is it 6.0 software or up and also is NAME chosen and not NUMBER for Caller ID on that set?
