Hi All

I have three departments German, English and Danish and customers have the ability to leave af message to the specific huntgroup and out agents get the wave file.
The huntgroups is set to forward to email

Can i change the email langues with the wave file acttached sendt by ip office ?

like when i leave a message in german the mail vill be en German. The system main locale i danish.

i am using the VMpro listen features which points to the specific huntgroup :)

i tried this in the vmpro and select german, but the email is still in danish when i leave a message :)

You could try to change the Locale in IPO for that specifik call, route it to a shortcode that sends it to VM with a specific Locale.

Message is still Danish when i change Locale in incoming call route :-(

I believe the server that is the VM pro is loaded as a Danish language, thus it will send the email out via the Danish language. It is via the server that the email is sent not the vm pro most likely. When you log into the server are the windows options in Danish?

Usually the user’s locale setting should be used if a mail to that user is created. By default the user’s locale matches that of the system but you can overwrite it for each user. I am not sure if I ever saw that option for a group as well.
