CFG file Not received OK

I have an old IP401 system. I have just encountered a problem where the Manager, although can find the system on our network, cannot open the .CFG file. The result is "Not received OK." The CFG file is available and has not been modified. Any advice on how I can fix this?
 
Are you using the same.version manager as the pbx?

Won't respond to reboot command (from File>Advanced>Reboot and selecting Immediately with password entered) which I guess may be related issue. I guess I can just pull the plug.
 
Which version of manager are you using?

I bet you need to 'old' manager for this system.

I'm quitte sure it's a pre 3.2 version.

 
That is a network problem, make sure your PC is in the same subnet as the IP Office.
Newer Manager software reply with "network error" while the older versions reply with "CFG file Not received OK"
Sometimes ths LAN port blocks and the box must be restarted.

I would throw it away and "upgrade" to IP Office
