Centre Vu and 120 channels

Hi,

A customer who has recently upgraded to 120 Channels on their G3V8Si, The 120 channels are used by a predictive dialler via the Centre Vu software. Are there issue's with the Centre Vu software when using 120 channels?

The customer is experiencing dropped calls.

I can't find anything in the FAQ's or the PCN's any advice greatly received.
 
first a simple question. IS the dialler behind the PBX or is it connected directly to the PSTN?
 
The dialler just has a CTI connection to the switch; the trunks areconnected to the Definity. The release is ACT 1.3.
 
Since you have just added additional trunks between the dialler and the PBX do you have sufficient trunks between the PBX and the PSTN?
