Hi Guys,
I have two IPO V2 11.0 system with centralized voicemail. The remote site which has been set to centralized voicemail the users handsets don't light up when they have a night message in a group.
All of these users have within the source numbers,
H Hunt Group Name
V Hunt Group extension number.
If they get a personal voicemail the phone lights up?
I have stopped and restarted the VM service on the app server also triple checked that there is def no other group with same name or extension number.
if I look in the VM Pro client I can see the messages within the hunt group message tab.
The system status doesn't show anything.
Would anyone have any suggestions or things that I should try to resolve?
