CDR through Netcat, stopped working. 1

I've been capturing the CDR data through Netcat for about 2 months now and it's worked great.
Yesterday we had an outage with our phone system (carriers reset due to IPSI issue) and since then the CDR data no longer collects. I've verified all the settings are correct and even tried setting up a new Node-Name and Ip-Services and changing the port with still no luck. Any ideas?

We had something similar happen when we reset our cajun switch. We had to go into Change System-Parameters CDR -Clear the entries from the Primary Output Format and Primary Output Endpoint fields and save. Then immediately go back in and re-enter the old values and save. The data started collecting immediately afterwards.
