i am asking what everyone uses as far as thier CDR device. my company uses Pollcat 3's and a few Netlinks, but it seems to me that there has to be a better way. We have 30 Avaya PBX', most are remote that require dial up access & we have a few G350/650/700's out there as well.
i was wondering if perhaps there was something that would push the records back to my central location, maybe something via a DSL that i install instead of the pots lines??? any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
