CDR raw data collection 1

Hi All,

We have a CM6.0 and we need to collect CDR records. We do not have a call accounting SW.

Checking this issue in the forum, I found that we can use AvayaRDTT_R2.1. However, it is for IP600 Internet Protocol Communication Servers. If it is applicable, is there any new version that can be installed on win2003 on win7?

Is there any way to get the CDR records using an RS232 like we used to do in Nortel?

I used the info in teh FAQ section to write to a SQL DB... it would be a good starting point.

Put a nts in between to go to rs232 moxa has them
