I Have an S8300/G450 installed

my customer want to customize CDR frame.

is it possible to create tow CDR frame, one for the outgoing calls and other frame format for the incoming calls ?

There is only one format at one time.
But if you want to distinguish outgoing and incoming call you can simply do it by looking into CDR fields (cond-code, code-used, code-dial etc)
