CDR on 1000e 5.0

hi

i have configured one tty 1 with user CTY and i have enabled the CDR on the route but i am facing problem how to map this tty to port number 1 on the serial port on CPPM call server to get the CDR i know how to do that on CS1000s i am configuring port 1 direct as a CTY user and map it in the CDR data in LD 15 PORT 1.

do you mean by CDB port 1, the port which i have to configure in ld 15 under CDR DATA. i already have done that.

You get it from the switch TTY Port 1.

i tried but nothing is coming from port 1

i am using port 1 on CPPM Call Server.

Is TTY 1 built in the switch?

Did you build TTY 1 in CFN or check to see if it's there?
