CDR of internal calls

My call accounting system isn't showing internal calls. I'm assuming this is a pbx function to turn on and off. I thought this was the intra switch cdr table, but when I put entries in there it still is not showing up in the reports. Anywhere else I need to look at this?

Did you turn on intra-switch collection?

cha sys para cdr.. yes the field for intra switch is set to yes

I have entries in my intra switch cdr table with some extensions and they are not reporting
