cdr link is going down while using reliable protocol "n"

Hi,

We have a an issue with cdr link.

While we are configuring cdr link with reliable protocol "n" and connecting with our call accounting software its shows link up but not collecting any data

For trouble shooting:

1. We made testing with hyper terminal, whats happening is after few seconds link is going down automatically

2. We made reliable protocol "y" and then tested with RDT tool. It collecting raw data without any problem.

Call accounting software has to be with reliable protocol should be "n"[TCP/IP].

Did anyone faced this issue before.. If yes please share the fix

what is the Call accounting software?

You need to apply a more recent service pack to cm

The symptoms you describe were fixed in something like sp6 for 5.2.1

Its not about the call accounting software..
I tested the hyper terminal on cm6[Different site] so its should work on cm 5 as well.

Thanks for your info.. Let me check cm 5.2.1 service packs.
