I'm using CDMA in a 500 set's CLS to get CDR. If I dial the DID for the set and let it ring once I get a record with a short duration. Is there a way suppress call records from unanswered calls? The inbound service is PRI so answer supervision is available and I have it turned on.

You do not need anything in the CLS of a station (500 or digital) TN to get CDR records when a trunk is involved. As long as the Trunk Route has CDR=YES, OLA=YES, INC=YES

I would set the phone to CDMD. I think CDMA is going to produce every little thing, even someone just lifting the handset.

"Internal" call records will generate with CLS ICDA

CDMA has something to do with "Malicious Call Trace" as far as I know.
