Hi all,
I have a CM 5.2 and I have a cdr collection server off premise. This CDR server was custom built by one of our IT guys. I have a VLAN into the pbx. Every once in a while the VLAN drops for some purpose, this time a firewall upgrade.
My problem is that when the VLAN comes back up, the CDR buffer starts to dump back into the CDR server but then stops before completing. I find I have to busy and release to get it going again... and again... until it get caught up. When caught up it runs good.
Does anyone have any idea on why I need to keep busy and release this CDR until I get caught up?
