CDR and incoming numbers

The search function is down right now, so I'll ask without searching first.

Our DID lines will show the incoming phone number on our callerid displays. BUT, our CDR system (Infortel from ISI) apparently does not show those numbers.

Does anyone know what I can do to get the numbers of incoming calls to show on the reports? All it shows is that it is an incoming call with no number. Outgoing calls are identified with the number dialed.

Look in LD 17 at the CLID prombt and set it to YES. If it is set to yes then I look at the RAW Records because you could be sending it to the PC and the software just not adding it to the report.

great answer.. but be sure to check the raw data.. you may be sending to the aftermarket cdr, so i would not chnage the cdr until i made sure it was broke
