CDONTS OR PERSITS DOWNLOAD

I know this is an odd question, but neither CDONTS or PERSITS work for my ASP. Anyone have any ideas why this is happening? or perhaps a place I can download it? We are trying to send out confirmation e-mails for our account creations, but neither function works. Your help is greatly appreciated in advance.

Search for cdonts.dll on the server where you are trying to use it, and if you don't find it, download the latest service pack, and it will be in there.

for PERSITS
