CCR wallborad not show up queue statistic number 1

Hi guys. I am new installing CCR 7.022 in Windows 2008 r2 with IPO 500 v2 6.018.
Everything else is ok but when the wallboard has a problem.
Use 2008 server's browser to login wallboard and wallboard works good and show up queue statistic number.
But when I use my XP client to access wallboard remotely, wallborad does not show up queue statistic number.
I try to reinstall MS silverlight in server and client but it still has this problem.

You guys have any idea?

So you cannot see any stats when using a browser on any other computer except for the server?

Yes.
The other computers cannot see except the server.

Have you followed the installation guide for firewall settings on the client computers? Have you followed the installation guidelines for client computer access in general?

Server Firewall causes this.
I turn it off and XP can show the stats.
